Program Objective:  To provide participants with an understanding of the nature of the Liquefied Gas cargoes being carried on ships today, how they are safely handled, accounted for, stored, transported, and ultimately used.  This course also covers the measurement and calculation of the required quantities including heating values, energy transferred, volumes and mass as required.
